• LAMOE's brass products are delivered in their pure state, without any coatings such as clear coats, so that you can enjoy the change in texture that occurs over time.
• We apply an anti-rust agent to the product to slow down discoloration before delivering it to you, but the effectiveness of this varies from product to product, and depending on the product, there may be differences in color when you open it.
• Once the rust inhibitor loses its effectiveness, the product will begin to age, but in the early stages, uneven discoloration and fingerprint marks may appear. By touching the product frequently, the color will darken overall and the unevenness and fingerprint marks will blend in.
• If water splashes onto the product, water droplets may leave marks. If the product is used in a humid place, verdigris (a type of blue rust) may form. If this bothers you, gently polish the product with a brass polishing cloth.
