Please check the product within 7 days of receiving it .
If more than 8 days have passed since the date of delivery of the product, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges, even if it falls under the reasons listed below, so please be sure to check the product immediately upon arrival.
Changing or cancelling an order
・Order changes can be accepted within a certain period of time only in cases of incorrect size, etc. We cannot accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped, products that are on back-order, or products that have begun production as made-to-order products.
・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sale items or outlet items.
・If there is a problem with your order, we may contact you by email or phone to confirm. Please note that if we are unable to contact you for more than two weeks, we may cancel your order.

Products made from natural solid wood may crack or chip when exposed to dry conditions due to wood shrinkage, and may already have cracks or chips when delivered. This is not a defect, so please understand that this is a characteristic of the product.
About unpainted wood
The unpainted type allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of wood, but it is prone to cracking and warping due to drying. Please note that discoloration and sunburn may occur over time and due to exposure to sunlight. Compared to oil finishes, it is more susceptible to moisture and dirt from handprints. Wipe with a towel soaked in hot water or a tightly wrung towel, then wipe dry.
About vintage items
It has been used for many years and has been used for many years. Please understand that small scratches and small chips are characteristic of vintage items. It is difficult to list all conditions, so please be aware of the above points before purchasing.
