- Do I need to pay any taxes or customs fees before delivery?
- Our products are shipped from Japan, and depending on the purchase amount, taxes and customs fees may be charged in the destination country. These costs must be borne by the customer. - Why is my package stuck in Japan on the Japan Post tracking page?
- Don't worry if your package appears to be stuck in Japan on the Japan Post website. In most cases, it may take a few days or weeks for tracking to update as it is in the hands of your local carrier (USPS, Australia Post, etc.) after your order leaves Japan. Once your package arrives in your country, tracking will start updating again.
- Receipts and invoices
- There are no receipts or invoices. Please use the invoice included.
- What happens if I don't pay duties, taxes or fees?
- The product will be returned to us. In that case, we will only refund the amount minus the cost we have paid.
- What happens if I refuse to accept or abandon the package?
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, or for the cost of the product and all other costs associated with the order. If we are unable to deliver your package due to issues with our side or with the delivery, we will refund the full amount.
