About over-the-counter pick-up service

From November 2020, we have started a service that allows you to receive products purchased at the PARTS & SUPPLY online store at the "ANTRY" store. Free shipping is available for in-store pickup regardless of the purchase amount.

For in-stock items , if you place an order (payment is completed) by 15:00 on the online store business day, you can receive it from 10:00 the next day (Antry business day) at the earliest. The date and time of receipt of the product conforms to ANTRY's business hours. Please check before ordering.

Flow of over-the-counter receipt

① Select a product from the PARTS & SUPPLY online store and add it to the cart.
2. Proceed to the purchase procedure by credit card payment , and select "Store pick-up" as the delivery method .
③We will contact you by email when the store is ready for pick up.
④ Please come to ANTRY and show the email you received to the store staff to receive the product.

Notes

*Please note that due to the system, if you select Express Checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal) at the time of payment, you will not be able to select in-store pickup.

* We recommend that you pay by credit card if you are in a hurry, as we will prepare the product after confirming your payment . In the case of bank transfer, please note that depending on the time of payment, confirmation will be made 1 to 3 days later, and you will receive it after that.

* Store storage period is 1 week. Please contact us in advance if the delivery date will be over a week.

*In the case of an order that includes made-to-order or back-ordered products, it will be handed over as soon as the products arrive. Please note that you cannot specify the date of receipt.

* It is not possible to have some items delivered and some received in one order. In such a case, please divide the order into two in advance.

*Inquiries about PARTS & SUPPLY products cannot be handled at ANTRY stores, so please use the CONTACT inquiry form.
