Changing or cancelling an order

After you place an order, you can change or cancel it if the order has not yet been prepared for shipping.

We cannot accept changes or cancellations for orders being prepared for shipment, or for products that are ordered or made to order.

If there is a problem with your order, we may contact you by email or phone to confirm. Please note that if we are unable to contact you for more than two weeks, we may cancel your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
(If the color, size, or feel of the product is different from what you expected, or if you made a mistake with your order, etc.)
Before placing an order, please check the product's color, size, contents, characteristics, delivery time, precautions, etc.

Please check the product within 7 days after it arrives. If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived, we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the product is defective, so please be sure to check the product immediately after it arrives.

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a refund or exchange.
Please contact us with a photo of the affected area so that we can confirm the facts. If the item is defective, we will cover the cost of returning it to you for replacement.

If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered or if there is a shortage of an item due to our mistake, please contact us. In this case, we will cover the cost of returning the product to you for replacement.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale or outlet items.

About brass material

Products made of brass will change color over time. In rare cases, when you receive the product, the surface may already have changed color or become uneven, but this does not mean the product is defective. Please understand that this is a characteristic of the material. Please read and understand the characteristics and handling instructions of brass products on the product page before purchasing.

About natural wood materials

Products made from natural solid wood may crack or chip when exposed to dry conditions, and may already have cracks or chips when delivered. This is not a defect, so please understand that this is a characteristic of the product.

About unpainted wood

The unpainted type allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of wood, but it is prone to cracking and warping due to drying. Please note that discoloration and sunburn may occur over time and due to exposure to sunlight. Compared to oil finishes, it is more susceptible to moisture and dirt from handprints. Wipe with a towel soaked in hot water or a tightly wrung towel, then wipe dry.

About vintage items

It has been used for many years. As a result, small scratches and chips are characteristic of vintage items, so please understand. It is difficult to list all conditions, so please be aware of the above points before purchasing.
